Todd has spent his career as an executive in residential and commercial project development, both domestically and internationally. He was a managing partner in an International development and the CEO of a state licensed mortgage company, which he grew from a start up to just under $50 million in annual sales. He has been in the lending industry for more than 30 years,  and has experience in every aspect of financing . Throughout his career he has earned a track record of success in achieving exceptional rather than expected results.
